J. Kevin Shepple is a dedicated father of four and proud grandfather of two, balancing a strong family life with more than three decades of professional leadership. A lifelong entrepreneur and owner of multiple businesses, Kevin brings deep real-world experience to every role he holds. For the past 15 years, he has served as Chief Financial Officer for one of Greater Boston’s premier private country clubs, and he previously spent two years as the owner of a country club himself.

Grounded, hardworking, and community-focused, Kevin combines extensive financial expertise with hands-on operational insight, shaped not just by his career, but by the values and perspective he carries as a parent, grandparent, and business owner.

Alongside running his practice, Kevin also serves as Chief Financial Officer for one of the largest private country clubs in Greater Boston, where he oversees financial planning, budgeting, audit coordination, internal controls, and high-level strategic decision-making.
